倾听,能博采众长,弥补自身不足,也能萌发灵感,触类旁通,还能养成尊重他人的良好品质。通过实践,会听、善思、多说、勤记“四步法”能有效提高学生的倾听能力,取得良好的课堂教学效果。一、会听——专心听讲能力的培养学生听的能力高低很大程度上影响着课堂的效率,因此对学生听的能力的培养与训练是很有必要的。这就要求学生上课时既要倾听老师的讲解,又要仔细倾听同学的发言,才能积极有效地参与教学活动,进而提高课堂效率。如:
