翻转脱模生产空心板,有一道翻板清除浮砂的工序,劳动强度大,还磨手。我们用φ22圆钢制作了一种翻板叉(图1),使用效果很好。使用方法如下:二人用叉分别叉住空心板的两头(图2);待将空心板翻至垂直地面时,第三人扶住(图3);叉子换向,将空心板轻放在两头垫物上(图4)。长2.4米以下的空心板,二人翻即可:一人执一叉,各站一头,一人
Inverted demoulding produces hollow slabs. There is a procedure to remove the floating sand by the flaps. The labor intensity is heavy and the hand is worn. We used a φ22 round steel to make a plate fork (Figure 1), which works well. The method of use is as follows: The two use crosses to fork the two ends of the hollow panel (Fig. 2); when the hollow panel is turned to the vertical ground, the third person holds it (Fig. 3); the forks are turned and the hollow panel is lightly placed. Two pads (Figure 4). A hollow board with a length of 2.4 meters or less can be turned over by two people: one person holds one fork, one station, one person.
