目的探讨P53蛋白与CA2 4 2 标记分子在原发性胰腺癌及良性病变中的变化及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学抗生蛋白链菌素 生物素标记法 (LSAB)对 39例原发性胰腺癌及 1 9例非瘤组织进行P53蛋白、CA2 4 2 标记分子检测和比较。结果①P53蛋白及CA2 4 2标记分子的表达产物主要定位于细胞核或细胞浆中 ,并呈异质性。②P53蛋白及CA2 4 2 标记分子在原发性胰腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为 61 .5 %、64 .1 % ,明显高于非瘤组织中的表达率 5 .2 6 %、2 1 .0 5 % (P <0 .0 0 1~ 0 .0 5)。③P53蛋白及CA2 4 2 标记分子在低、中分化胰腺癌组织中的阳性率表达分别为 81 .8%~ 92 .3 %和 90 .9%~ 92 .3 % ,明显高于高分化胰腺癌组织中的 1 3 .3 %、2 0 .0 % (P<0 .0 5)。结论P53蛋白及CA2 4 2 的过度表达可能与癌组织分化程度有关 ;中、低分化癌组织的阳性表达率明显高于高分化癌。③检测P53蛋白与CA2 4 2 分子可作为胰腺癌与非瘤组织诊断与鉴别诊断的较重要分子指标。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of P53 protein and CA2 4 2 in primary pancreatic cancer and benign lesions. Methods Immunohistochemical streptavidin biotin labeling (LSAB) was used to detect and compare the expression of P53 protein and CA2 4 2 in 39 cases of primary pancreatic cancer and 19 cases of non-neoplastic tissues. Results ① The expression products of p53 and CA2 4 2 were mainly localized in nucleus or cytoplasm and were heterogeneous. ② The positive rates of p53 and CA2 4 2 in primary pancreatic cancer were 61.5% and 64.1%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in non-neoplastic tissues .0 5% (P <0. 0 1 ~ 0. 0 5). ③ The positive rates of p53 and CA2 4 2 in low and moderately differentiated pancreatic cancer tissues were 81.8% -92.3% and 90.9% -92.3%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in well-differentiated pancreatic cancer 13.3%, 20.0% (P <0.05) in the tissue. Conclusion The overexpression of P53 protein and CA2 4 2 may be related to the degree of differentiation of the cancerous tissue. The positive expression rate of the P53 protein and CA2 4 2 in moderate and poorly differentiated carcinoma tissues is significantly higher than that in well-differentiated cancers. ③ detection of P53 protein and CA2 4 2 molecules can be used as pancreatic cancer and non-tumor diagnosis and differential diagnosis of more important molecular markers.
