JDA Software commissioned PwC’s latest annual survey of CEOs in retail and consumer products showed that compared with last year, the surveyed CEOs have shown more confidence in the company’s earnings growth in the coming year. From the CEO’s response to several research questions, we can clearly see that how to meet the expectations of omnichannel consumers remains a pressing issue for enterprises. In addition, only 19% of the top 250 retailers (only 16% of all respondents) consider they have the ability to meet omni-channel needs while remaining profitable.
