研究了与5284树脂体系相匹配的2种定位胶黏剂LSG-1和LSG-2,以应用于复合材料RTM制备工艺。分析了5284树脂体系的基体树脂特性与固化工艺条件,初步确定了定位胶黏剂的配方。研究了定位胶黏剂与基体树脂的黏度特性和相容性,确定了预成型体的制备工艺。通过U型回弹、压缩回弹与金相观察分析了定位胶黏剂的定位效果及产生不同定位效果的原因。研究了加入定位胶黏剂预成型体的渗透特性及其复合材料制件的力学性能。结果表明,LSG型定位胶黏剂与树脂基体匹配良好,可以使预成型体获得良好的定位效果,且不影响复合材料的性能。
Two kinds of positioning adhesives LSG-1 and LSG-2 matching with 5284 resin system were studied for the preparation of composite RTM. The matrix resin properties and curing process conditions of 5284 resin system were analyzed. The formulation of positioning adhesive was preliminarily determined. The viscosity characteristics and compatibility of the positioning adhesive and the matrix resin were studied, and the preparation technology of the preform was confirmed. By U-rebound, compression rebound and metallographic analysis of the positioning adhesive positioning effect and the reasons for the different positioning effect. The penetration properties of the adhesive preform and the mechanical properties of the composite parts were studied. The results show that the LSG positioning adhesive and the resin matrix match well, can make the preform get a good positioning effect, and does not affect the performance of composite materials.
