茶树扦插短穗,尽管源于同一个母株,由于所处的部位、生长发育的程度以及生理条件不同,而存在差异性。如短穗的嫩度,主枝与侧枝上的短穗,短穗带梢与否等。本试验通过选择不同嫩度、部位和带梢短穗进行扦插,探讨茶树短穗的差异与扦插成活率的关系,为提高茶树短穗扦插成活率提供依据。一,材料与方法 1、1983年7月,从江华苦茶株系21—5—3中,选择同等伸育枝条,从顶芽(驻芽)往 Short cuttings of tea tree cuttings, although derived from the same mother plant, due to the location, growth and development of different physiological conditions, there are differences.
