:
[目的]探讨盐胁迫对拟南芥叶片发育的影响。[方法]用浓度分别为0、100和150mmol/L的NaCl溶液处理拟南芥幼苗7d和14d后,用改进的指甲油印迹法并借助计算机软件,测量了不同处理的叶片面积和下表皮细胞面积。并对不同处理的叶片和细胞面积进行了差异性检验和比较。[结果]盐胁迫下,拟南芥叶片的生长受到显著抑制。叶片大小、叶片下表皮细胞的大小都相应减小。[结论]叶片及表皮细胞的减小是植物盐胁迫条
