由反应堆工程研究设计所研究堆设计部承担的NP工程重水、氦气等系统的施工设计于2001年底基本完成,设计图纸、文件已递交给总包院上海核工程研究设计院。研究堆设计部具体负责重水系统、氦气系统、真空系统、重水净化系统、重水浓缩系统及重水化学实验室的设计,包括工艺设计、非际设备设计及与此相关的仪表及电气设计。 重水系统包括重水循环冷却系统及第二停堆系统。重水循环冷却系统主要由重水箱、重水溢流箱、重水泵、重水换热器及相应的阀门、管道组成。其中,重水换热器为板式换热器,该系统的功能是将重水箱中产生的热量经过重水换热器传给二次冷却水系统,其主要设计参数:重水箱发热功率1MW;系统压力0.4 MPa;系统流量160m3/h;重水箱重水进口温度40℃:重水箱重
The construction design of NP heavy water and helium systems undertaken by the Research Reactor Design Department of Reactor Engineering Research and Design Institute was basically completed by the end of 2001. The design drawings and documents have been submitted to Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute of the General Contractor Institute. The research reactor design department is responsible for the design of heavy water system, helium gas system, vacuum system, heavy water purification system, heavy water concentration system and heavy water chemistry laboratory, including process design, non-intergration equipment design and related instrumentation and electrical design. The heavy water system includes a heavy water circulation cooling system and a second shutdown system. Heavy water circulation cooling system consists of heavy water tank, heavy water overflow tank, heavy water pump, heavy water heat exchanger and the corresponding valves, pipes.
