目的了解海口市6~12岁学龄儿童膳食状况,为指导合理膳食提供依据。方法 2015年随机抽取海口市8所公办小学1 248名6~12岁学龄儿童进行3 d膳食调查,依据《中国居民膳食指南》和“中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量”对儿童膳食摄入情况进行评价。结果海口市6~12岁学龄儿童膳食摄入以谷薯类食物为主,每日平均摄入量为(318.1±41.6)g,奶类及其奶制品摄入量(166.8±51.2)g低于推荐摄入水平。三大营养素蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物的供能比分别为13.65%、33.17%、53.18%。3、微量营养素中硫胺素、钙日均摄入量(0.8±0.2)mg、(421.4±161.4)μg,其摄入量>RNI(AI)的构成比仅为34.8%、37.6%。结论海口市学龄儿童膳食摄入以谷类为主,膳食结构较为合理,但仍存在不足,建议加强该地区营养宣教,增强地区奶类、蔬菜类食物的膳食供给。
Objective To understand the dietary status of school-age children aged 6 ~ 12 in Haikou and provide the basis for guiding reasonable diet. Methods A total of 1 248 school-age children aged 6-12 years from 8 public primary schools in Haikou were enrolled in this study. The 3-day dietary survey was conducted in 2015. Based on the “Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents” and “Dietary Reference Intakes for Chinese Residents” Into the situation to evaluate. Results The dietary intake of school-age children aged 6 ~ 12 years in Haikou was mainly cereal and potato food with the average daily intake of (318.1 ± 41.6) g and the milk and dairy products intake of 166.8 ± 51.2 g At the recommended intake level. The three nutrients, protein, fat, carbohydrate energy ratio were 13.65%, 33.17%, 53.18%. The daily intakes of thiamine and calcium in micronutrients were (0.8 ± 0.2) mg and (421.4 ± 161.4) μg, respectively, and the intake ratios of RNI (AI) were only 34.8% and 37.6% respectively. Conclusion The main dietary intake of school-age children in Haikou is cereal. The dietary structure is reasonable, but there are still some deficiencies. It is suggested that nutrition education should be strengthened in the region to enhance the dietary supply of dairy and vegetable foods in the region.
