采用高效液相色谱法，以Ｃ＿（１８）柱、水－甲醇－冰醋酸（６０：４０：０．１）为流动相，分离测定复方磺胺嘧啶粉中磺胺嘧啶和氯霉素的含量。结果平均回收率为９９．７％和９９．４％（ｎ＝５），磺胺嘧啶和氯霉素分别在５４～１２６μｇ／ｍｌ和２．８１～６．５７μｇ／ｍｌ的范围内呈良好的线性关系，相关系数均为０．９９９９。方法简单、快速、准确。
The contents of sulfadiazine and chloramphenicol in compound sulfadiazine powder were determined by HPLC with C 18 column and water-methanol-acetic acid (60:40: 0.1) as mobile phase. Results The average recoveries were 99.7% and 99.4%, respectively (n = 5). Sulfadiazine and chloramphenicol showed good linearity in the range of 54 ~ 126μg / ml and 2.81 ~ 6.57μg / ml Relationship, the correlation coefficient is 0.9999. The method is simple, fast and accurate.
