埃及近现代戏剧一方面植根于坚实的民族文化土壤;另一方面,在现代性的同质性驱使下,受到西方现代戏剧的影响,在戏剧理念、表演技巧、戏剧流派、传统文化的异化等方面汲取西方戏剧的优秀成果,形成了自己独具特色和审美价值的艺术表达形式。埃及戏剧黄金时代的到来是与二十世纪五六十年代民族国家的建立、民族文化的振兴相伴而行的。埃及戏剧家们正是在这一特定的历史语境中,将社会变迁和百态人生形象化、物态化、符号化,以激起广大受众的民族感情和集体记忆,从而极大地繁荣了戏剧这一艺术表达形式。本文试图将埃及戏剧黄金时期的状况做一介绍和分析,旨在透视戏剧繁荣和社会文化职能、民众审美情趣以及本土文化和外来文化兼容并蓄之间的关系。

This article attempts to make a brief introduction and analysis of the Egyptian drama during the Golden Age, aiming to provide a perspective of the relationship between drama prosperity and social and cultural functions, popular aesthetic taste and the inclusiveness of indigenous culture and foreign culture.
