本文对传动支撑辊的四辊冶轧机的特点、轧辊受力、传动转矩和轧辊的稳定条件进行了较为详细的分析,并对轧辊最佳偏移距的确定和轧辊辊问打滑条件以及由轧辊辊间打滑条件确定最大允许压下量进行了较为详细的探讨。在此基础上提出了较为精确的计算公式和简化公式。上述工作对设计轧制薄带材和大压下量单张不可逆轧制复合板材的传动支承辊的四辊冷轧机以及在该轧机上进行轧制生产,都有着重要的实际意义。
In this paper, the characteristics of four-roller mill for driving support rollers, the force of the rollers, the driving torque and the stability conditions of the rollers are analyzed in detail. The optimum offset of the rollers and the condition of the rollers’ Roll between the rollers to determine the maximum allowable reduction of pressure conditions were discussed in more detail. On this basis, a more accurate calculation formula and simplified formula are proposed. The above work is of great practical significance for the design of a four-roll cold rolling mill for rolling thin strip and a large reduction rolling transmission roller of a single plate irreversible rolling composite plate and for rolling production on the rolling mill.
