四川德阳作为中国重大技术装备制造业基地,所加工的零件复杂,要用到反求技术获取零件轮廓。以机械零件为对象提出的基于特征点的机械零件轮廓数据分段与拟合技术,解决了反求技术中零件轮廓提取的关键技术环节,为企业和研究所的人员提供一个经济高效的机械零件反求后的数据处理技术,从而为构建机械零件反求技术的软件平台提供关键技术支撑,实现对产品的快速设计和制造,节约成本,缩短产品的设计周期,从而提高产品的竞争力。
Deyang, Sichuan Province, as China’s major manufacturing base of technology and equipment, the processing of complex parts, the use of reverse engineering to obtain part contour. Based on feature points of mechanical parts, this paper proposes the segmentation and fitting of outline data of mechanical parts, which solves the key technical aspects of extracting the outline of parts in reverse engineering and provides a cost-effective mechanical part for enterprises and institutes. The reverse data processing technology, so as to provide a key technical support for the software platform to build reverse engineering technology of mechanical parts, to achieve the rapid product design and manufacturing, cost savings, shorten the product design cycle, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of products.
