采用胚胎透明标本骨骼染色法研究了46例受精龄为10~3周胎儿的足长、足骨骨化顺序和程度,结果表明:(1)足长随胎龄的增加而增长,左右足长的变化差异无显著性,P>0.05.(2)随着胎龄的增加,胎足从10周开始,跖骨、趾骨、跟骨、距骨先后依次出现骨化点.(3)各足骨骨化灶范围随胎龄的增加而增大,骨化值与受精龄呈显著的正直线相关.该研究为胎儿足生长发育提供的形态学资料,对于人体胚胎学、人类学、法医学等有其实用价值.
46 cases of fetal foot and foot bone ossification sequence and degree in 46 fetuses with fertilization age of 10 ~ 3 weeks were studied by using embryo transparent specimen skeletal staining. The results showed that: (1) Foot length increased with the increase of gestational age, (2) With the increase of gestational age, the fetal foot began to show the ossification point from the 10th week to the metatarsal, phalange, calcaneus and talus successively. (3) The extent of the foci increased with the increase of gestational age, and the ossification value was significantly positively correlated with the age of fertilization.This study provided morphological data for the growth and development of fetus footprints, which has its own characteristics in human embryology, anthropology and forensics Practical value.
