目的 :研究运动对制动后兔膝外侧副韧带生物力学特性的影响。方法 :选用 18只新西兰白兔 ,6只内固定8周后主动活动 8周 ,6只内固定 8周后被动 +主动活动 8周 ,另 6只作为正常对照。取外侧副韧带进行生物力学试验。结果 :制动侧外侧副韧带的横截面积小于对侧和正常组 ,与正常组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。活动 8周外侧副韧带的结构特性指标较对侧和正常组小 ,与对侧比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。外侧副韧带的材料特性指标与对侧和正常组接近 ,差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。在断裂方式上 ,已出现其他部位的断裂。结论 :制动后活动韧带物质的材料特性比结构特性恢复更快 ,活动对改善韧带的结构和功能有帮助。 Objective: To study the effect of exercise on the biomechanical properties of lateral collateral ligaments of rabbit knee after braking. Methods: Eighteen New Zealand white rabbits were selected. Six of them were active for 8 weeks after 8 weeks of fixation. Six of them were passive and active 8 weeks after 8 weeks of fixation, and the other 6 were normal controls. Take the lateral collateral ligament for biomechanical testing. Results: The cross-sectional area of ​​the lateral collateral ligament in the brake side was smaller than that in the contralateral and normal groups (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The index of structural characteristics of the lateral collateral ligament at 8 weeks of activity was smaller than that of the contralateral and normal group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The material characteristics of the lateral collateral ligament and the contralateral and normal group close, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). In the fracture mode, there have been other parts of the fracture. CONCLUSION: The material properties of the active ligaments after braking are restored faster than the structural properties, and the activities are helpful to improve the structure and function of the ligaments.
