利用ANSYS软件中的优化设计模块,建立轮式装载机驱动桥差速器壳体的结构优化计算模型,并实现优化迭代计算。经过优化迭代计算并作局部结构调整后的差速器壳体,一方面加强了原设计方案的薄弱部位,另一方面也使得整个结构布局更合理,优化设计后的差速器壳体重量减轻了13.7%,降低了材料的成本。
By using the optimization design module in ANSYS software, the structural optimization calculation model of the differential housing of the wheel loader driven axle is established and the iterative calculation is optimized. After optimized iterative calculation and local structural adjustment of the differential housing, on the one hand to strengthen the weaknesses of the original design, on the other hand also makes the overall structural layout is more reasonable, the optimal design of the differential housing weight loss 13.7%, reducing the cost of materials.
