本文将模拟技术和优化理论相结合,针对以灌溉为主的综合利用水库和灌区系统内包括塘坝、反调节库、抽水站等组成的复杂系统建立了多目标、确定型蓄、引、提、灌溉及发电水资源系统联合优化调度的模拟——优化调度数学模型。该模型具有逼真性强、收敛速度快,且能达到系统优化的特点。将其研究成果用于安徽省史河蓄、引、提、灌溉及发电系统的联合优化调度中去,取得了比常规调度更大的经济效益,且获得了上游水库、反调节库和抽水站的最佳运行规则,所有成果已用于指导生产和管理中去。
In this paper, a combination of simulation technology and optimization theory is combined. Based on the complex system consisting of irrigated reservoirs and irrigated area system including pond dam, anti-regulation reservoir and pumping station, a multi-objective, SIMULATION OF JOINT OPTIMIZED DISPATCHING OF IRRIGATION AND POWER GENERATION WATER RESOURCES SYSTEM - OPTIMAL DISPATCHING MATHEMATICAL MODEL. The model has the characteristics of realism, fast convergence and system optimization. The results of this study are applied to the joint optimization of storage, diversion, irrigation and power generation systems in Shihe County, Anhui Province. The economic benefits have been obtained more than the conventional ones. Upstream reservoirs, anti-regulation reservoirs and pumping stations The best operating rules, all the results have been used to guide the production and management.
