目的比较甘草的醇沉淀物乙醇提取部位体外抗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)作用。方法采用薄层色谱法、Molish反应定性鉴定甘草乙醇提取部位;以利巴韦林为阳性对照药,采用细胞培养技术及四氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法,观察这些提取部位对Hela细胞的药物毒性作用及抑制RSV作用。结果HPD 722-乙醇部位、HPD 750-乙醇部位、D 101-乙醇部位均不含甘草酸、黄酮类物质、甘草多糖;对RSV感染的治疗指数(TI=TC50/EC50)依次为123.93、3.13、5.35。结论甘草醇沉淀物中HPD 722-乙醇部位在体外具有显著抑制RSV作用,可能是新的抗RSV有效部位。
Objective To compare the anti-respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) effect of ethanol extract of licorice alcohol extract in vitro. Methods Thin layer chromatography (TLC) and Molish reaction were used to identify the ethanol extract of Glycyrrhiza uralensis. Ribavirin was used as a positive control. Cell culture techniques and MTT assay were used to observe the effect of these extracts on Hela cells Drug toxicity and inhibition of RSV. Results The HPD 722-ethanol fraction, HPD 750-ethanol fraction and D 101-ethanol fraction did not contain glycyrrhizin, flavonoids and glycyrrhizin. The therapeutic index of RSV infection (TI = TC50 / EC50) were 123.93, 5.35. Conclusion The HPD 722-ethanol fraction in the glycyrrhizin alcohol precipitate has a significant inhibitory effect on RSV in vitro and may be a new effective site against RSV.
