归芪多糖颗粒制备工艺

目的:研究归芪多糖颗粒制剂的成型工艺。方法:以吸湿性、溶解度、成型率为指标,筛选出处方中加入辅料的品种、配比及最佳成型工艺。结果:最佳制粒工艺条件为原料-甘露醇-聚维酮(PVP)1∶0.9∶0.1,润湿剂为玉米朊乙醇液。结论:颗粒制剂所选辅料合理,成型制备工艺简便可行。 Objective: To study the forming process of Guiqi polysaccharide granule preparation. Methods: Taking the hygroscopicity, solubility and forming rate as indexes, the varieties, proportioning and the best forming technology of the excipients were selected. Results: The optimum granulation conditions were as follows: raw material mannitol - povidone (PVP) 1: 0.9: 0.1, and wetting agent as corn prion ethanol solution. CONCLUSION: The selected accessories of granule preparation are reasonable and the preparation process of molding is simple and feasible.
