目的:初步研究离体心脏灌流法在抗心绞痛中药生物活性测定中的应用。方法:用Langendorff法进行离体豚鼠心脏灌流,测定丹参注射液、冠心宁注射液、香丹注射液、注射用丹参、丹红注射液5个抗心绞痛中药注射剂在给药前后的心脏冠状动脉流量的变化。结果:以上5个注射剂在一定的浓度下均能扩张冠状动脉,增加冠脉流量,同一注射剂的不同批号在相同浓度下冠脉流量不一致。结论:Langendorff离体心脏灌流法很有可能成为检测抗心绞痛中药的生物活性的理想方法,值得进行深入研究。
OBJECTIVE: To study the application of isolated cardiac perfusion in the determination of bioactivity of anti-angina pectoris. Methods: Langendorff method was used to perform perfused guinea pig heart perfusion. Five anti-angina pectoris injection (Danshen injection, Guanxinning injection, Xiangdan injection, Danshen injection and Danhong injection) Changes in traffic. Results: The above five injections could both dilate the coronary arteries at a certain concentration and increase the coronary flow. The same lot of different injections had different coronary flow at the same concentration. Conclusion: The Langendorff perfusion method is likely to be an ideal method to detect the biological activity of anti-angina pectoris, which deserves further study.
