19例16~30孕周的人胎儿卵巢经体外培养以观察培养前、后及加入不同比例促性腺激素培养后培养液中雌二醇(E_2)值的释放值,培养时间最长达6d。经体外培养的卵巢组织均具有分泌E_2的能力。16~19 6/7周的胎儿卵巢与FSH、LH培养1d,比不加激素组产生更多的E_2(P<0.05)。说明人胎儿卵巢自16周起就具有对促性腺激素作出反应的能力。24~30周的卵巢在加入FSH:LH为4:1(FSH1.33IU/ml,LH0.33IU/ml)经3d培养,可以产生更多的E_2(P<0.05)。上述现象与人胎儿卵巢的形态学研究资料相符。
Nineteen fetuses from 16 to 30 gestational weeks were ovariectomized in vitro to observe the release of estradiol (E 2) in culture medium before and after culturing and after adding different proportions of gonadotropin. The incubation time was up to 6 days. Ovarian tissue cultured in vitro has the ability to secrete E_2. Fetal ovaries from 16 to 19 weeks and 7 weeks of incubation with FSH and LH for 1 day produced more E_2 than those without hormone (P <0.05). This shows that human fetus ovary has the ability to respond to gonadotropin since 16 weeks. Ovaries at 24 to 30 weeks produced more E_2 (P <0.05) after 3 days of FSH: LH treatment at 4: 1 (FSH 1.33IU / ml, LH 0.33IU / ml). The above phenomenon is consistent with the morphological study of human fetal ovary.
