Malignant lymphoma usually starts in lymph nodes, but it can affect almost all organs of the body. It has been reported that non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma affects the genitourinary system more often, and diffuse renal parenchyma infiltration is often present. Lesser reports of Hodgkin’s disease confined to the urinary tract. Watson et al. found that only 5 cases of genitourinary changes were found in 383 cases of Hodgkin’s disease. The authors reviewed 1068 patients with malignant lymphoma, including various lymphomas and many localized lesions. Only 72 of them (6.74%) had various lymphoma-related urinary changes at autopsy, radiography, or surgery. There were 23 cases (5.8%) of 400 cases of Hodgkin’s disease, and 49 cases (7.3%) of 668 non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma were at the course of a disease.
