目的:分析3种结肠造瘘方式对大肠癌患者营养状态及并发症的影响。方法:纳入华海糖业发展有限公司医院收治的100例大肠癌患者作为研究对象,其中左侧结肠癌患者(A组)选择横结肠造瘘,右侧结肠癌患者随机分为B组和C组,分别选择乙状结肠腹膜外造瘘和乙状结肠腹膜内造瘘,比较3组患者营养状态和并发症发生率。结果:B组营养状态优于A组和C组,并发症发生率低于A组和C组。C组营养状态优于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),并发症发生率与A组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乙状结肠腹膜外造瘘对患者营养状态产生的影响较小,并发症较少,安全性最高,横结肠造瘘对患者营养状态产生的影响较明显,并发症较多。
Objective: To analyze the effects of three colostomy methods on the nutritional status and complications of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods: A total of 100 cases of colorectal cancer were enrolled in the hospital of Huahai Sugar Industry Development Co., Ltd., in which patients with left colon cancer (group A) received transverse colostomy. Patients with right colon cancer were randomly divided into group B and group C, Select the sigmoid colon extraperitoneal fistula and sigmoid colon intraperitoneal fistula, nutritional status and complication rates in three groups were compared. Results: The nutritional status of group B was better than group A and group C, and the complication rate was lower than that of group A and C. The nutritional status of group C was better than group A, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the complication rate between group A and group A (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The sigmoid colon extraperitoneal fistula has little effect on the nutritional status of the patients with fewer complications and the highest safety. The transverse colonostomy has a more obvious effect on the nutritional status of the patients with more complications.
