本文采用形态计量学方法和化学染色法,分别对6个品系小鼠定量感染曼氏血吸虫后7.5周的肝脏石蜡切片中虫卵肉芽肿面积和肝脏胶原纤维含量进行了定量观察。结果表明,感染鼠肝脏虫卵肉芽肿面积在不同种系小鼠间显示出一定差别,肝脏胶原含量较对照组均有明显增加。经相关分析,不同种系感染鼠肝脏虫卵肉芽肿面积与肝脏胶原含量间不存在相关关系。鉴于虫卵肉芽肿形成与肝纤维化过程在时相上的差别,提示两者受不同的免疫病理机制决定。
In this paper, morphometry and chemical staining were used to quantify the area of egg granuloma and hepatic collagen fibers in liver paraffin sections of 7.5 weeks after quantitative infection of Schistosoma mansoni in 6 strains of mice. The results showed that the area of egg granuloma in infected mice showed some differences among different germ-line mice, and the content of collagen in liver increased significantly compared with the control group. The correlation analysis showed that there was no correlation between liver granuloma area and liver collagen content in different germ-line infected mice. In view of the differences in the phases of the formation of egg granuloma and the process of liver fibrosis, suggesting that both are determined by different immunopathological mechanisms.
