在低碳经济发展初期,低碳产品因其售价高必然会受到高碳产品售价低的驱逐,从而获利空间少,市场需求小,企业必然缺乏实施低碳的动力。文章从建立企业低碳激励机制的必要性出发,在回顾我国现行企业激励机制的基础上,阐述了建立一套具有针对性的企业碳绩效评价指标体系的设计原则、指标体系、评价方法,提出了企业低碳激励机制的四大要素——激励主体、激励客体、激励标准、激励原则。最后指出了我国目前实施低碳激励机制所存在的问题,并提出了相关政策建议,旨在为激励企业实施低碳提供理论参考。
