目的 探讨Fas及Fas L在宫颈腺癌中表达的意义。方法 36例宫颈腺癌组织及其癌旁正常宫颈腺上皮用免疫组织化学方法进行Fas及Fas L检测 ,DNA原位末端标记 (TUNEL)检测凋亡细胞。结果 TUNEL标记指数与肿瘤分化程度呈正相关趋势 ,低分化腺癌明显低于高、中分化腺癌(P <0 .0 5 ) ,高、中分化腺癌间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。Fas在宫颈腺癌组织中的表达阳性率为86 .1% ,在癌旁正常宫颈腺上皮仅 3例有低表达 ,其余均为阴性 ;宫颈腺癌组织Fas表达强度与肿瘤分化程度呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。Fas L在宫颈腺癌组织中的表达阳性率为 10 0 % ,在癌旁正常宫颈腺上皮仅 1例有低表达 ,其余均为阴性 ;Fas L的表达与肿瘤分化程度无显著相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论宫颈腺癌Fas的表达与肿瘤的恶性程度呈正相关 ,Fas L的表达可能与肿瘤逃避免疫监视有关。
Objective To investigate the significance of Fas and Fas L expression in cervical adenocarcinoma. Methods Fas and Fas L were detected by immunohistochemistry in 36 cases of cervical adenocarcinoma and its adjacent normal cervical glandular epithelium. TUNEL was used to detect apoptotic cells. Results There was a positive correlation between the TUNEL index and the degree of tumor differentiation. The poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than that in high or moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between high and moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma (P> 0.05). 0 5). The positive expression rate of Fas in cervical adenocarcinoma was 86.1%, while in the adjacent normal cervical glandular epithelium only 3 cases had low expression, while the rest were negative. The expression of Fas in cervical adenocarcinoma was negatively correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation (P <0. 05). The positive expression rate of Fas L was 100% in cervical adenocarcinoma tissues, only 1 of the normal cervical glandular epithelium adjacent to the tumor was low, and the rest were negative. There was no significant correlation between the expression of Fas L and the degree of tumor differentiation (P > 0 .0 5). Conclusion The expression of Fas in cervical adenocarcinoma is positively correlated with the malignant degree of the tumor, and the expression of Fas L may be related to the tumor escape immune surveillance.
