针对在线实时检测和测量磁瓦零件尺寸的问题,本论文基于sherlockx64软件,利用视觉技术建立一套磁瓦零件尺寸测量系统,采用简单高效的霍夫圆检测法和尺寸标定技术实现对磁瓦零件的非接触精密测量。尺寸测量过程包括图像采集、图像分析处理和结果输出。实验结果表明,基于Sherlock的磁瓦零件测量系统既能测量磁瓦的长宽及厚度,也能测量磁瓦的直径。该系统更好的实现了磁瓦的在线实时检测和尺寸测量,且具有速度快、实时性好、非接触、低成本等优点,具有良好的应用前景。
In order to solve the problem of on-line real-time detection and measurement of the size of magnetic tile, this paper based on sherlockx64 software, using visual technology to establish a set of measurement system of the size of magnetic tile, using simple and efficient Huff’s circle detection method and size calibration technology to realize the magnetic tile components Non-contact precision measurement. The measurement process includes image acquisition, image analysis and output. The experimental results show that the measurement system based on Sherlock magnetic tile can not only measure the length and thickness of the tile, but also measure the diameter of the tile. The system realizes the on-line real-time detection and size measurement of the magnetic tile, and has the advantages of fast speed, good real-time, non-contact and low cost, and has good application prospect.
