市场经济条件下的企业竞争,归根结底是人才的竞争,如何有效的开发和利用人力资源的潜在能力,已经成为现代企业的当务之急。目前,我国企业还普遍存在观念陈旧、重生产、轻培训、缺乏科学的人力资源开发手段等问题,建立与现代企业相适应的规范化企业职工教育体系显得十分必要。
The competition of enterprises under the condition of market economy is, in the final analysis, the competition of talents. How to effectively develop and utilize the potential of human resources has become a top priority of modern enterprises. At present, there are still widespread problems in China’s enterprises such as obsolete concepts, heavy production, light training and lack of scientific means of human resources development. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a standardized enterprise staff education system that is compatible with modern enterprises.
