聚离子液体催化剂的合成及其催化二氧化碳与环氧烷耦合反应

设计并合成了2种聚离子液体催化剂IL1和IL2,运用分析测试手段如FTIR、TEM、SEM和TGA等对此催化剂的结构等进行了表征.将IL1和IL2应用于催化二氧化碳( CO2 )与环氧丙烷( PO)的耦合反应,详细地讨论了温度、CO2 压力、时间以及催化剂的用量影响催化活性的程度.结果显示:28. 5 mmol PO,3 MPa CO2 压力,120 ℃反应温度,0. 1 g催化剂压力,6 h反应时间构成了最佳反应条件. IL1基于最佳条件还可催化多种环氧烷与CO2 的耦合反应,均有较高产率的环状碳酸酯被合成,且达到了大于99%的产物选择性.
