位相型传导阻滞是一种随心率改变而发生或消失的间歇性传导阻滞。Rosenbaum按照其与心肌动作电位的位相关系,将心率加快时出现的传导阻滞即心动过速依赖性传导阻滞命名为三相阻滞;将心率减慢时出现的传导阻滞即心动过缓依赖性传导阻滞命名为四相阻滞。为了加深对这类心电图及其临床意义的认识,现将我院1971~1981年收治的21例与心率改变有关的房室和束支
