目的探讨脑干听觉诱发电位检查在语言学习困难儿童中的临床应用价值。方法应用肌电诱发电位仪检测48例语言学习困难儿童的BAEP。结果48例语言学习困难儿童中BAEP异常35例(占72.92%),Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波出现的耳数分别为59例(85.42%)、54例(78.12%)、56例(80.20%),正常对照组Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波出现率为100%,各波潜伏期、波间期两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论BAEP检查即便其具有局限性,但在语言学习困难儿童中阳性率高,可以为临床提供患儿听觉通路损害的信息,以便及早治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of brainstem auditory evoked potentials in children with language learning difficulties. Methods EMGEP was used to detect BAEP in 48 children with language learning difficulties. Results There were 35 cases (72.92%) of BAEP abnormalities in 48 children with language learning difficulties. The number of Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ wave appearances were 59 cases (85.42%), 54 cases (78.12%) and 56 cases (80.20% The incidence of Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ wave in normal control group was 100%. There was significant difference between the two groups in latency and wave duration (P <0.01). Conclusions Even if BAEP is limited, it has a high positive rate in children with language learning difficulties, which can provide clinical information on the damage of auditory pathways in children for early treatment.
