在现代企业制度建设中,为了促成组织和个人的目标实现,越来越多的企业开始关注员工的激励制度,并不断地加以探索与创新,以调动员工的积极性和创造性。但在实际管理中,对各项激励措施的合理运用难免偏颇。本文以高新技术企业界比较成功的联想公司为例,就现代企业多层次激励制度的建立,以及实施过程中存在的误区, 给大家一些思路和建议。
