近年来对脂多糖(LPS)介导细胞激活的信号转导过程已取得实质性进展。LPS与血浆LPS结合蛋白(LBP)结合被运输到单核巨噬细胞表面,与mCD14受体结合引起细胞激活。MAPK参与了LPS激活细胞产生肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)等活性物质的细胞内信号转导过程。p38MAPK对TNFα等细胞因子具有重要的调节作用。对LPS激活细胞的信号转导研究可能为治疗内毒素休克提供新的理论和思路。
In recent years, substantial progress has been made in the signal transduction of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) -mediated cell activation. LPS binds to the plasma LPS-binding protein (LBP) and is transported to the surface of mononuclear macrophages, which bind to the mCD14 receptor to activate cells. MAPK is involved in intracellular signal transduction of LPS-activated cells to produce active substances such as tumor necrosis factor (TNF). p38MAPK on TNF α and other cytokines have an important regulatory role. Signal transduction of LPS-activated cells may provide new theories and ideas for the treatment of endotoxic shock.
