全挂牵引车是港口、车站、机场等场所货物运输的重要设备。本文以Q25牵引车的开发研制为例,分析了全挂牵引车研制中的几个关键技术问题,给出了Q25牵引车的主要技术性能参数,推导了牵引车最大牵引力的计算公式,对动力及传动系统各大部件的选型与布置问题进行了讨论,实现了非动力转向梯形机构的优化设计,并从理论和实践两方面解决了离合器使用寿命太短的问题。
