目的探讨肠内营养对贲门癌患者术后免疫功能的影响。方法将50例贲门癌患者随机分为肠内营养组(EN)和肠外营养组(PN),每组25例。两组分别于术前和术后第1天、术后8 d检测外周血细胞免疫和体液免疫指标。结果两组免疫指标进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论早期的肠内营养可促进贲门癌患者免疫功能的恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition on postoperative immune function in patients with cardiac cancer. Methods Fifty patients with cardiac cancer were randomly divided into enteral nutrition group (EN) and parenteral nutrition group (PN), with 25 cases in each group. Peripheral blood cell immunity and humoral immunity were measured before operation and on the first day after operation and on the 8th day after operation. Results The two groups of immune indicators were compared, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.005). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition can promote the recovery of immune function in cardiac cancer patients.
