今年10月,中机车辆技术服务中心下发了158号文,该文件按照工信部产业政策司的要求,对N类及O类车产品的轮胎进行规范。其中,半挂车产品轮胎总承载能力不得大于申报车型轴荷的1.3倍。(详见本期《焦点》栏目文章)短短数百字的文件,在半挂车企业中掀起了轩然大波。一些企业甚至认为,按照这个轮胎新规,企业已经无法生产半挂车了。轮胎新规直指超载,显然,国家的政策法规再一次触到了行业的顽疾。
In October this year, the CSC Technical Service Center issued Document No. 158, which regulates the tires of N-type and O-type car products in accordance with the requirements of the Industrial Policy Department under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Among them, the total load capacity of semi-trailer tires shall not be greater than the declared vehicle axle load 1.3 times. (See the current “focus” section article) a few hundred words of documents, set off an uproar in the semi-trailer business. Some companies even think that in accordance with this new tire regulations, companies have been unable to produce semi-trailer. Tire new regulations are directed at overloading, apparently, national policies and regulations once again hit the industry’s illnesses.
