烧结机炉料经烧结后在冷却过程中产生大量的高温烟气,通过烧结余热发电可以提高生产工艺流程的合理性,减少烟气热、尘排放,减轻对大气环境的影响,增加电力生产,提高能源综合利用率,符合国家建立节能型社会、促进循环经济发展的总方针。本文针对带冷式烧结机的系统特点,依据具体工程实践,详细介绍了烧结余热发电DCS监控系统的配置及功能,从DCS监控系统组成、DCS软硬件配置以及系统主要功能等几方面介绍了烧结余热发电的热工监控系统设计特点,并通过对工程运行结果的分析指出该系统的特点,为烧结余热发电DCS监控系统的设计和应用提供了实用的工程实践经验。
