导爆管在传爆过程中发生破洞现象,将损耗爆轰波的能量,轻则使爆速波动,重则造成爆轰中断,使与其连接的雷管拒爆。特别是与毫秒雷管连接时,破洞可使雷管半封闭式燃烧状态发生不同程度的改变,影响延期药燃烧的稳定。据实验统计,破洞将使延期雷管的秒量向上波动33%~70%,甚至使雷管拒爆。因此,分析导爆管传爆过程中产生破洞的原因并采取预防措施,对于提高导爆管起爆系统的质量、促进安全生产十分有益。
The detonation of the detonation tube during the detonation process will deplete the energy of the detonation wave, and it will cause the detonation velocity to fluctuate. On the contrary, the detonation disruption will be interrupted and the detonator connected to it will be rejected. Especially when connected with a millimeter detonator, the hole can change the semi-enclosed combustion state of the detonator to varying degrees, affecting the stability of the detonation drug combustion. According to the statistics of the experiment, the hole will cause the detonator’s seconds to fluctuate upward by 33% to 70% and even detonate the detonator. Therefore, analyzing the causes of the holes in the detonation process of the detonating tube and adopting preventive measures are very helpful for improving the quality of the detonating tube detonating system and promoting safe production.
