目的寻找和开发高效的蚊香增效剂。方法以淡色库蚊为试虫,采用GB/T13917.4-2009密闭圆筒法、Peet-grady方箱法、GB/T13917.10-2009模拟现场法测定了7种化合物对0.03%四氟甲醚菊酯蚊香和0.05%氯氟醚菊酯蚊香的增效活性。结果采用密闭圆筒法初筛,发现5种化合物对四氟甲醚菊酯蚊香具有增效活性,其中马来酸二丁酯增效活性最高,增效比为1.67;4种化合物对0.05%氯氟醚菊酯蚊香具有增效活性,其中水杨酸乙酯的增效活性最好,增效比为1.53。采用Peet-grady方箱法复筛,发现水杨酸乙酯和马来酸二丁酯对0.03%四氟甲醚菊酯蚊香有增效活性,其增效比分别为1.11、1.10;马来酸二丁酯对0.05%氯氟醚菊酯蚊香的增效活性较水杨酸丁酯好,它们的增效比分别为1.18、1.06。最后采用模拟现场法测试,发现水杨酸乙酯对0.03%四氟甲醚菊酯蚊香的增效活性较好,其增效比为1.08;马来酸二丁酯对0.05%氯氟醚菊酯蚊香具有较好的增效活性,其增效比为1.07。结论水杨酸乙酯、马来酸二丁酯的增效活性值得进一步研究。
Purpose To find and develop efficient mosquito-repellent synergist. Methods Culex pipiens pallens were used as test insects, and the effects of seven compounds on 0.03% Trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) were determined by the closed cylinder method of GB / T13917.4-2009, Peet-grady square box method and GB / T13917.10-2009 simulation field method Synergistic activity of etofenprox mosquito and 0.05% fenfluralin mosquito coil. Results The results of confined cylinder method showed that the five compounds had synergistic activity against Tetramethrin insecticides, the highest synergistic activity was dibutyl maleate, the synergistic ratio was 1.67; Epothilone mosquito coil has synergistic activity, of which the synergistic activity of ethyl salicylate is the best, and the synergistic ratio is 1.53. Using the Peet-grady box method, we found that both salicylic acid ethyl ester and dibutyl maleate have synergistic activity against 0.03% tetramethrin mosquito coils with the synergistic ratios of 1.11 and 1.10, respectively The synergistic activity of dibenzoate against 0.05% fenfluralin mosquito was better than that of butyl salicylate, and their synergistic ratios were 1.18 and 1.06, respectively. Finally, the simulation field test showed that the synergistic activity of ethyl salicylate to 0.03% tetramethrin mosquito coil was better, and the synergistic ratio was 1.08. The effect of dibutyl maleate on 0.05% Ester mosquito coil has a good synergistic activity, the synergistic ratio of 1.07. Conclusion The synergistic activity of ethyl salicylate and dibutyl maleate deserves further study.
