1问题的提出一般来讲,一条新的生产线在工业化阶段关注的是设计节拍,在验收时保证设备节拍的符合性,从理论上定义出一条线的生产力水平。正式投产后,即转为现生产阶段,由于受加工质量、毛坯、刀具寿命、设备老化等综合因素的影响,出现设备节拍漂移现象,导致设备的最大能力下降,在完成相同产量的情况下,需要花费更多的工作时间,投入更多的人力、物力、财力,降低了企业的竞争力。因此,在企业内部,如何在不增加投资的情况下,充分挖掘设备自身的潜力,消除或减少节拍漂移的浪费,保证现生产阶段设备节拍不受损失,显得尤为重要。

Under the condition of completing the same output, Need to spend more working time, invest more manpower, material and financial resources, reducing the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, within the enterprise, how to fully tap the potential of the equipment without any additional investment, eliminate or reduce the wastage of beat drift, and ensure that equipment beats are not lost in the current production stage are particularly important.
