目的:了解我院门诊不合理用药处方情况,分析原因,并提出解决措施,从而提高医院整体合理用药水平。方法抽查我院门诊2005年7～12月份每个星期的星期一处方共14380张,从中遴选出不合理用药处方进行分析。结果在抽查的14380张处方中,不合理用药处方有312张,不合格率占抽查数2.15%。主要表现在重复用药、药物配伍不当、用法不当、加重不良反应等问题。结论我院门诊存在一定程度的不合理用药现象,临床医师、药师要加强业务学习,不断提高合理用药水平。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the prescriptions of unreasonable prescriptions in our outpatient clinic, analyze the reasons and propose solutions, so as to improve the overall level of reasonable medication in hospitals. Methods A random sample of our hospital outpatient clinics in each week from July to December in 2005, a total of 14,380 prescriptions, from which to choose unreasonable prescription medication for analysis. Results Of 14380 prescriptions randomly selected, there were 312 unreasonable prescriptions, and the unqualified rate accounted for 2.15% of random checks. Mainly in the repeated medication, improper drug compatibility, improper use, aggravating adverse reactions and other issues. Conclusion There is a certain degree of irrational drug use in outpatient clinics in our hospital. Clinicians and pharmacists should strengthen their business study and continuously raise the level of rational drug use.
