瓜类作物是全球广泛栽培的园艺植物种类,瓜蚜是瓜类作物生产过程中最主要的害虫之一,严重影响瓜类植物的产量和品质。迄今,在瓜类作物生产中对瓜蚜的防治主要以化学防控为主,但其导致的蚜虫抗药性增强、环境污染、产品质量下降等问题日益严重。了解瓜类植物抗蚜机理,选育抗蚜品种是解决瓜蚜危害的最好途径。本综述主要以瓜类作物中栽培最为普遍的黄瓜、西瓜、厚皮甜瓜等为对象,对种质资源抗蚜性鉴定、抗蚜性物理和化学防御机制和抗蚜性遗传等研究进行了综述并展望,以期为今后瓜类抗蚜性研究的不断深入提供参考。
Melon crops are the most widely cultivated horticultural plants in the world. Aphis gossypii is one of the most important pests in melon production and seriously affects the yield and quality of melons. Up to now, the prevention and control of Aphis gossypii in melon crops mainly rely on chemical control and prevention, but the aphid resistance caused by it is aggravated, and the problems of environmental pollution and product quality declining. Understand the mechanism of melon aphids, breeding aphids varieties is the best way to solve the harm of melon aphids. This review mainly focuses on the identification of resistance to aphids in germplasm resources, the physical and chemical defense mechanisms against aphids, and the resistance to aphids in cucumber, watermelon and muskmelon, which are the most commonly cultivated in melons. And looking forward to provide a reference for further research on aphid resistance of melons in the future.
