为了证实EGF和LIF这两种细胞素与生殖功能的相关性,尤其是与IVF妊娠率的相关性,作者选取25例IVF病例,测定2~3个主卵泡之卵池液中EGF和LIF的含量,比较研究IVF病例中妊娠与未妊娠者与其卵泡泡中EGF和LIF含量的关系。材料与方法:选择IVF病例25例,男性因素和多囊卵巢综合征未包含在内。应用长周期GnRHa/hMG/hCG方案促排卵。病例分A,B两组,A组8例(妊娠);B组17例(未妊娠)。妊娠以B超下见到孕囊为确证、25例IVF病例,在阴道超声引导下,收集到卵泡液6O份(卵泡液收集后即SOOXg离心10min,-70C保存)。应用酶联免疫吸附法测定卵泡液中EGF和LIF的含量,其敏感度分别为0.2pg/ml和4.Opg/ml;应用化学发光免疫法测定卵泡液中雌二醇(EZ)和孕酮(P)的含量。结果:共测定卵泡液60份。其中A组(妊娠组)18份,B组(未妊娠组)42份。EGF:A组为1.6±1.8pg/ml.B组为9.1±11.6pg/ml;LIF:A组为15.9±9·5pg/ml,B组为165±15.2pg/ml;E2:A组574±245ng/ml,B组为6O1±417ng/ml;P:A组为11.8±5·Opg/ml,B组为11·5±5.3μg/ml;妊娠组EGF的临界值为2pg/ml。上述结果显示:妊娠组之卵泡液中EGF明显低于未妊娠组。而LIF和P,则A,B两组无明显差别。曾有报道,EGF浓度与卵母细胞?
