植物细胞培养可以补充野生肉苁蓉资源的不足。研究了培养条件对盐生肉苁蓉愈伤组织生长的影响。利用高效液相色谱分析系统比较了愈伤组织与天然盐生肉苁蓉主要成分的异同。结果显示:用改良Miller或改良MS培养基、25℃暗培养、激素配比为不含BA,IAA1mg/L,或配比为BA0.5mg/L,IAA3.0mg/L最有利于愈伤组织的生长。愈伤组织的主要成分指纹图谱与天然盐生肉苁蓉基本一致,只是愈伤组织的主要成分含量高于天然盐生肉苁蓉。实验表明:盐生肉苁蓉的愈伤组织培养可以生产与天然盐生肉苁蓉相同的活性成分。
Plant cell culture can supplement the lack of wild Cistanche resources. The effects of culture conditions on the callus growth of Salicylic Cistanche were studied. The similarities and differences between the main components of callus from callus and natural salt were compared by HPLC. The results showed that the best medium for callus induction was callus culture with modified Miller or modified MS medium at 25 ℃ in dark with or without BA, IAA 1 mg / L, or BA 0.5 mg / L and IAA 3.0 mg / L Growth. The main components of callus fingerprints and natural salt Cistanche is basically the same, but the callus content is higher than the natural salt Cistanche. Experiments show that: Cistanche deserticola Callus culture can produce the same natural cistanche Salidroside the active ingredient.
