1.一般资料 本组22例,其中男12例,女10例,年龄3～6个月10例,7～12个月8例,14～18个月4例,病程4～6天10例,7～10天7例,10天以上5例。病因为感受外邪所致湿热泻6例,湿泻10例,伤食泄4例,脾虚泻2例。临床主要症状为腹泻稀水、蛋花样或黄或绿,或兼挟奶瓣,伴有腹胀纳差,每日腹泻6～8次15例,10次以上7例,大便镜检排除痢疾。 2.治疗方法 22例均用中药-推拿法综合治疗。 (1)中药:中药以燥湿健脾的平胃散配以淡渗利湿的四苓散为主,基本方:厚朴6g、苍白术各6g、陈皮6g、猪苓各6g、生苡米9g、大腹皮4.5g、车前子9g。若肛门灼热,大便粘滞加苓连。暑邪外束恶心欲呕加藿香、法夏,气滞腹痛加木香、积壳,大便馊酸加焦三仙,脾虚泄泻日久加淮药、炒苡米、诃子。
