On the afternoon of November 15, three comrades, including Liu Ailong, Yangling Grain Station, Hengdong County, Hunan Province, conducted inspection and supervision of the food market in accordance with the law in Datang Village, Yanglin Town. At around 4:30 pm, a tractor carrying a grain of rice was found.
