基于可视化交互式控制思想,本文提出了一种新的针对延时积分IRCCD的驱动与测试系统方案。不同于传统的驱动电路系统,该系统由主从两大系统构成,其中作为人机接口的主系统主要完成电参数的输入和测试结果的显示,而从系统一方面可根据主系统所设置的电参数自动产生高精度的任意可调驱动信号,另一方面则完成对IRCCD器件的电注入测试。实验结果表明新的设计有效地克服了传统设计所固有的缺陷,显著提高了系统的可靠性、灵活性和精度。
Based on the idea of visualized interactive control, this paper presents a new solution for the drive and test system of delay integral IRCCD. Different from the traditional drive circuit system, the system consists of two main systems from the main system, which as the main human-machine interface to complete the main electrical parameters of the input and test results display, and from the system on the one hand, the main system can be set The electrical parameters automatically generate any adjustable drive signal with high accuracy and on the other hand complete the electrical injection test of the IRCCD device. Experimental results show that the new design effectively overcome the inherent defects of traditional design, significantly improve the system reliability, flexibility and accuracy.
