China’s media industry has always been under a rigorous monitoring system; however, with the breakdown of the market and the intensification of competition, the regulatory authorities are now monitoring the media is changing from tight to loose for the television, radio, daily, Weekly newspapers, periodicals, books, the Internet and some new media, this cascade directly affects the external capital investment in the media. Therefore, the key or primary problem in investing in this industry is still to pay attention to market access issues. Since the media industry’s market access policies are not across the board, media investment can invest in both media and other sectors of the media industry; therefore, understanding the overall industry chain helps investors avoid business risks.
