目的通过比较不同糖耐量人群血浆25羟维生素D(25-hydroxy vitamin D,25(OH)D)水平,初步探讨25(OH)D与糖代谢的关系。方法将研究对象分为:初诊2型糖尿病组(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM组)94例、糖调节受损组(IGR组)95例及正常对照组(NGT组)100例,测定25(OH)D水平进行比较分析。结果 T2DM组25(OH)D、HOMA-IR低于对照组,而HbA1c高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);IGR组25(OH)D、HOMA-IR低于对照组,而HbA1c高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05):T2DM组25(OH)D、HOMA-IR低于IGR组,而HbA1c均高于IGR组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低血浆25(OH)D水平可能是糖耐量异常、胰岛素抵抗的高危因素之一,因此,积极调节25(OH)D水平可能对防治糖尿病具有重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between 25 (OH) D and glucose metabolism by comparing the levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D (25 (OH) D) in different glucose tolerance population. Methods The subjects were divided into two groups: 94 newly diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM group), 95 normal glucose tolerance group (IGR group) and 100 normal control group (NGT group) ) D level for comparative analysis. Results 25 (OH) D and HOMA-IR in T2DM group were lower than those in control group, while HbA1c was higher than that in control group (P <0.05); 25 (OH) D and HOMA-IR in IGR group were lower than those in control group , While HbA1c was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The levels of 25 (OH) D and HOMA-IR in T2DM group were lower than those in IGR group and HbA1c were higher than those in IGR group (P <0.05) <0.05). Conclusions Low plasma 25 (OH) D level may be one of the risk factors of impaired glucose tolerance and insulin resistance. Therefore, active regulation of 25 (OH) D level may play an important role in the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
