甘薯叶化学成分研究

目的:研究甘薯叶的化学成分。方法:运用柱色谱和制备薄层色谱对各化学成分进行分离纯化,并经UV、IR、NMR等波谱方法进行分析鉴定。结果:从甘薯叶的90%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:正二十四烷(Ⅰ)、十四烷酸(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、β-胡萝卜素(Ⅳ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ)、槲皮素(Ⅵ)。结论:Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of sweet potato leaves. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography. The compounds were identified by UV, IR and NMR spectroscopy. Results: Six compounds were isolated from 90% ethanol extract of sweet potato leaves and identified as n-tetradecane (Ⅰ), myristic acid (Ⅱ), β-sitosterol (Ⅳ), daucosterol (Ⅴ), quercetin (Ⅵ). Conclusion: The compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
